Lyddle End 2050 - A Supermarket: This supermarket is my entry in Russell Davies’ Lyddle End 2050 project.lyddleend2050.tumblr.com/ In 42 years I reckon our food production and consumption will be more local, more in balance with our environment, fresher and tastier. I planted broccoli, fennel and beetroot seeds in compost created from my kitchen waste. It took a few weeks to grow and now I’m going to eat it. The compost was created in a wormery.
